February 11, 2007 - Getting Ready! (Los Angeles, California)  The holidays have come and gone. The Superbowl is over.  Valentines day is almost here and that means March is right around the corner and it’s almost time for the got milk? Gravity Tour to kick-off. This year's tour starts March 19th in San Diego, and can you believe its been 10 years???? This year’s tour could be the best one ever, because it’s stacked with talent.

On the skateboarding side of things, the tour will feature the current world champion. Tas Pappas took the world title in vert skateboarding last October at the LG Action Sports World Championships in Dallas. Marc Englehart was also at the championships and missed the title of inline vert champion by only one spot, receiving the silver medal. So the tour will feature a gold and silver medalist from the world finals.

In the world of BMX, this year’s got milk? Gravity Tour will feature the return of Tom Haugen. Tom suffered a badly broken right leg at the end of last summer that sidelined him for the rest of 2006. Tom is all healed up, and making up for lost time on his bike. I can’t wait to see what new tricks he’ll be throwing down on the tour.

This year's tour is also special because we actually have an athlete “spokesperson” for the tour. Fabiola da Silva will be on the entire tour, and she is currently filming a bunch of PSA's for the California Milk Advisory Board.
